Update 1/13/23: The Westin Savannah Harbor and Resort is sold out on the nights of February 7 and 8 during the Conference. If you still need to make your hotel reservations several options are still available in the historic district.

These hotels are located right across the river from the Westin Savannah Harbor and Resort and are a short drive away or you can hop on the complimentary ferry which will take you right to the Westin. The ferry runs daily from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. and picks up in front of the Marriott and Hyatt Regency and drops off in front of the Westin. The ferry schedule can be viewed online.

As an OR Business Management Conference participant, you know firsthand the energy, excitement and business insights that are generated when perioperative leaders come together. We are looking forward to hosting a safe and productive OR Business Management Conference through February 5-8, and wanted to share some important details as you prepare for the show:

OR Business Management Conference will be following local and state health and safety guidelines in regard to COVID-19. At this time, the state of Georgia and City of Savannah do not require mask wearing, however social distancing and masks are encouraged for vaccinated visitors and strongly encouraged for unvaccinated visitors.

Vaccinations are encouraged for all attendees and required by staff. While highly encouraged, proof of vaccination is not required to attend our event. Masking for staff members of the Westin Savannah Harbor Resort & Spa is optional unless the CDC designates the community-level as “High,” and OR Business Management Conference staff in gold name badges and our service providers are required to provide proof of vaccination prior to the event.
